Why am I the right therapist for you?

Because I practice what I preach:

There's a saying: "Practice what you preach." And that’s exactly what I do. Every tool and technique I recommend is something I have personally integrated into my own life. I don’t just teach these methods—I live them.

Because I understand your struggles with chronic symptoms:

My own experience with chronic conditions—back pain, knee pain, and persistent sleep disorders—led me to the mind-body approach. It was the missing puzzle piece in my journey, explaining why conventional treatments hadn’t provided lasting relief. Since discovering this approach, I’ve transformed my own life—and now, I help others do the same.

Because I love sports:

As the daughter of a sports teacher and coach, I was exposed to various sports from an early age. For over 10 years, I trained in athletics and dance almost daily. Fitness and movement are still part of my everyday life. I know firsthand the frustration of losing the freedom to move due to chronic symptoms—and the mental toll it takes. No one who loves sports and an active lifestyle should have to give them up. With the mind-body approach, you can regain trust in your body and movement—just like I did.

Because I have over 20 years of professional experience:

For more than two decades, I have worked in both the public sector and the private market economy, gaining valuable international experience. This background helps me understand the challenges of the working world—whether you are an employee struggling with chronic symptoms or an employer managing workplace absences. I know how long-term sick leave impacts teams and companies, and I can support both individuals and organizations in navigating these challenges.

My interviews:

Up close & personal:

  • I hold an MA in Law and an MA in European Studies.

  • With 20 years of professional experience in both the private and public sectors, I have worked in a law firm, a ministry, and a small export company.

  • I am fluent in German, English, and Estonian and can communicate well in Finnish.

  • My favorite physical activities are hip-hop dance and cardio fitness.

  • I have a passion for old photos and historical novels.
