Around 90% of Germans experience chronic pain or recurring symptoms at some point in their lives, for which conventional medicine has found no clear explanation or does not offer long-term relief. According to the German Pain Society, more than 80% of Germans experience back pain during their lifetime. On average, the suffering lasts seven years, and for one in five people, it persists for over twenty years. Chronic pain can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or profession—whether you are a student or retiree, a manager or intern, untrained or a top athlete.

You are not alone! And your condition is neither hopeless or final!

The latest neuroscientific studies show that chronic pain and other chronic conditions can be effectively treated with psychotherapeutic techniques of Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), leading to long-lasting improvements.

I am here to share my knowledge of mind-body techniques and tools with you so that you can use them independently at any time, giving you greater influence over your well-being.

I offer you:

  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy, based on modern neuroscience, to help you reinterpret your chronic symptoms, such as pain.

  • Somatic Tracking and relaxation techniques to support you in regulating your stressed autonomic nervous system.

  • Exploration and transformation of self-sabotaging thought patterns through guided reflection and reframing.

  • A compassionate approach to managing fears related to your chronic symptoms, fostering self-support and self-kindness.

  • Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET) to help you process repressed and conflicting emotions.

  • Inner child work to give your deepest emotions a voice, allowing for healing and integration.

  • Self-compassion practices to rebuild trust in your body, seeing it as a protective ally rather than an adversary.

  • Increased flexibility and ease in how you relate to your chronic symptoms, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and nervous system responses.
